well, started playing graal a little over a year ago, and I don't play anymore, but i've always wondered why there is an age requirement......anyone care to tell?

Because you chop other players up with the might of your sword.

I don't think the enviornment (in general not just one aspect) is suitable for people younger than 13. And I don't think the other players would like these younger players on. At least i knwo i was pretty annoying when I played Graal at ages 10-12.

COPPA requires that children/adults must be at least 13 without parental permission to play. If you're under 13, you need to have permission (written consent) from your parents.

Why is this?
Well, any filter in gaming can be avoided, and the US law (I believe also Canada and all of Europe) finds all forms of talking to other people "risky." Perhaps some 7 year old just gave out his/her address to someone he/she didn't know. Most people 13 or older would know how to behave, but these Graal Forums prove me wrong.
