He doesn't help people who ASK FOR ENTIRE SCRIPTS. I think it's okay if you post a script (preferrably parts) and explain it so the other can learn. He just wants others to LEARN instead of receiving scripts and learning nothing.

I posted a script, I asked whats wrong with it, how is that asking him to make me a full script? Its not, its asking WTF I did wrong with hitobjects, and what I typed wrong or whatever. Every time I ask for help, hes like "im not going to give you a whole script." Well dont, I never asked for one.

What Kai does is sensable.
If he gives you the entire script it won't help you at all.
You'll come back asking for more scripts.
Now if you ask him for a basic explanation of a command, that there are no other threads about, I'm sure he would be glad to help.

its not his fault you aren't following the rules, also, just stop scripting if you need to constantly ask questions, if you can't just get it you never will and you will always be using these forums as a crutch to solve for your ignorance

Jagen no offence but shutup, jeeze dont put people down and tell them to leave this part of the forums is for helping people not burning them he can use it to support his scripting needs if he follows the rules, he may post a question a day but he's not ignorant he's just trying to learn, you deserve a bit*ch slap up side the head.

I find Jagen's statement perfectly fine, if it matters.

He's saying if he has to ask so many questions, then he should probably stop scripting (or slow down.) I sort of agree with this, because if you can't comprehend certain things yourself, then you're not very likely to be able to script a lot of things yourself.

See that's Exactly my point, Im sure you were'nt a "Uber Scripter" when you first Started Kai, Jagen, you probally had to work your way up; it's hard to work your way up when people are saying "Quit you cant script so quit" jeeze, It's like if you have a baby you gotta teach it to walk other wise if you want it to teach itself it will never get there in time it'll be 5 and not be able to walk, what im saying people Do need help every so often, im not saying asking for scripts is right cause that aint asking for help x.x, well yeh I cant be bothered typing no more lol.

Hey, guess what.
I'm "working my way up," and I hardly ever ask for a script that I don't ask for an explanation on if I don't understand it. And when I help people, if I post any part of a script, I explain the action they're questioning.

My methods have yet to be "deleted."

I've asked for help plenty of times, and I've learned something each time.

You guys need to lighten up. Just because you ask for things that have been asked for many times before, don't whine to us.Numerous others have been helped by someone here. So leave Kai alone. All the scripters who are good, have put people down one time or another. Kai everyone thinks is ebil, but he gets tired of everyone asking for stupid tings... Jagen and I get upset w/ people for asking repetitve and simple tings, get over it!

Yup, I did the same thing Kai. It also helps that I want to be a professional programmer, too.

I know exactly what you mean, its like: "hey, are you a scripter" "yes I am" "Can you script me mining" "Sure" *scripting noise goes on and Kai comes in* "Now what do you think you are doing?" (Not meant to make you seem like a bad guy, but I needed a name)... sorta like that Enigma MP3 Thingy.. lol.

Trouble with these scripters is that they do not want to read and just want things done in a hurry for their "would be" server.
