Buying deeds for houses????

Stefan said on my last post about "deeds". He said that you need them to convert your house into a market place or what ever the other thing is. This is mostly to staff but since its called a deed im assuming that you'd have to do something for an NPC.

On another online game (which unixmad used to play ;)), for houses (or big amounts of resources or other objects you could not carry with you etc.), you buy a deed from an NPC. You go where you want to place a house, then you double click the deed and thus place the house.
That is probable the case here, too, but only for transforming your personal house into a public shop of some sort. I think houses are going to be built by bringing lots of stones to the desired location.

The only problem with that is now, the only way I've seen to get stones is in shops. I'm guessing that eventually there will be a more convenient way.

Perhaps make iron harder to get and in each stone there is a 100% chance of getting a rock (unless you get iron, coal, gold or a diamond) perhaps you could get many stones/iron/gold e.t.c from 1 rock.
