Customizable Characters/Why Not?
 

Why can't we customize our characters by choosing the starting scroll we get and where we want to distribute our points instead of rolling?

Right now people just roll/restart until they get the tarting character they want, can't we simply get to choose from the start?

I remember Er1c saying that there was a reason we can't, i think it's time we can learn why.

That would make us too strong.

Getting to make a choice?

It would make us strong in some areas and weak in other areas picking our stats.
Each player would get the same points.
They could also have max starting stats for classes.
For example wizards can't have over 10 strength points to start with so they can only put 10 points into it.

People would not be
 

people wouldnt be too strong ... they would be weak in the areas they dont want like if you wanna be lets say An EXTREME template
20 str
20 dex
and 20 con
you would be weak in all others but you will be good in the ones you want
