Gaia LAT

hi.
i tried out and i heard by a rumor taht i was hired as a LAT, some guy on 2k1 got on and starting saying this, so i got on gaia..and i had a LAT tag :O! but i have no idea what to make, who teh LAT admin is, or how any of this will work, i wasn't contacted through e-mail so i am just wondering whats going on :O?

well, Kev told me on 2k1 that Vincent from 2k1 hired me and i was like wtf lier then i got on and hey i ahve a tag, now vince is on and so are some other lats but i have no idea if i make levels and send them in to higher admins? what i am suppsoed to amke or anything XD, Vince wasn't informed eather x.x

i am not putting gaia down i am just confused on what is going on and i thought that posting this would help me get some answers :D
