New Message System
 

For those of you who don't already have it or know what it is, its an item recently added to the server which works similarly to a pager. it's obtained in mt.antora's zalactic labs shop (same place u got clothes changer) and its FREE. to send a message u say:

sendmessage <account name here without teh arrow things> "your message here"

note: it's case sensitive.

btw, if u got any questions and me nor any other FAQs are online feel free to send a message ;)

It better have an ignore feature.

awesome jeff ^_^ thats like the best thing i've seen made on graal in a long time. btw, u should make it a global item and it should come with ur item menu as a defualt automatically like the clothes changer on other servers. this could be handier than having to add that thingy richkevin suggested about somethin that find a user no matter where they are on graal. and u could probably script something similar to the ban command in ph's and use it to with the message system to ignore = p and maybe a proper layout would be cool too.

It's been a while since I scripted something, but it would be easy.

Just have a string array with ignored accounts and use lindex to check if the sender is on the receiver's list. If so, then it won't send the message and send the sender a message saying they are on ignore.

I think I'll add in a way later by which staff can revoke people's sending priveleges if they spam et cetera.

Yea gotta fix spammng i have 215 messages from the same guy

I now have a way to ban people from the system for a while if they abuse it. When banned from the system, they can receive, but not send.
