Account Issues?

This guy supposedly upgraded like 2 of my accounts. 1st time it says Banned for Paypal refund request, contact Unix. The 2nd time it says (and it does to his too b/c I looked) chargeback or whatever. Is this an error or is the guy trying to have me here?

my freinds says the same thing and he said he dident get no refund.

SUPPOSEDLY the accounts are being reinstated in 3-5 days from like 3 days ago, lolz. I dunno, I'll wait and see what happens, it was quite disheartening =/
