I believe he did that on purpose, to show a better motion effect.

they are sprites some are rotated at different angles so when your throwing it looks like its turning :)

Did someone call for an animation? *pops up out of nowhere and hands you a gani*

Note: To run this, get GraalShop. Then, put this gani and the shuriken gif in the same folder. Then run the gani.

Rating on how it looks in action: I think it'd look better in game, but yes, I should have made it go that fast, if you were wondering. These are thrown by ninjas x.x
