New Graalian Team
 

Tonight the plan will be released.
We are getting a commitee of pure graalians and non administrators.

They will be graals voice and so we can hear new ideas and keep things better organized. It's also so that each graalian can make a difference that isn't an administrator.

The leader of it will be able to pick the team. 4 people can vote off the 5th and so on,. The leader will be disabled after the team has started so that everyone is equal. He will pick opposites so that the point of views can differ.

Sounds as good as anything else. Perhaps the team should be more like a comittee that rotates its members, so nobody would be in it for more than, say, four days.

Too messy. A week is better.

Problem with that is.. You've got a mix of ET/Police/Moderators in there. They should be people who are NOTHING. I don't think an ET is going to say what they think about ET (cause most of them are power-hungry).

we can't choose members so why are you guys trying.
