Help please

I made this candleabra graphic but it doesnt look right, I have an animated version with the flames flickering but that was in MNG and I didn't have a GIF version. Could someone help me out here, I know something is wrong with the graphic but I cant stick my finger on it.

(Update): I think i figured out a part of it, I changed the attachment to the new version, but it still look a bit weird.

It might be that the flames don't have enough sprites and are moving a bit too quickly... slow it down and and some more realistic candle flame like movements...

teh flames are all spazzing out. It's like someone is blowing on dem ;) ;) slow the sprites down incredibly, you know what a flame looks like in still air, it only moves very slowly

like I said, elongate the flames vertically and slow them down... then you'll be fine

Try taking the big circle at the bottom off and just use the end of the cadle stick as the base or make a smaller one, it seems that the one there is too bulky.

My opinion might be abit harsh but I think your problem is with the perspective of the entire candle. The bottom is accurate but the top is a complete side-view when it should be a slight top-down view too like the base of the candle holder.

I think Glub is right, it looks way out of perspective.
The base of it has a top view, while the actual candle is looking straight on.

Hmm, I think i know what you mean... But im not sure how to perspective a cylindrical object (the arms of the candle holders) to make them look like a 45degree view.
