The Dustarian ranks
 

This is not the actual rank tree, it's just a description of their functions. Still thinking of what to do with the magi and sciences ranks, so don't think I left them out:

The ranks of Dustari are sepreated into three core divisions, and the royal family.

The Royal family consists of one King, one Queen, a Prince and a Princess. The King is the head of stats, he makes all the decisions, along with the Queen. The Prince enjoys a smaller degree of autonomy the King does, as does the Princess. Although technically they are part of the township core, they are an independent body.

The military is the first core rank of the kingdom. The military is lead by the commanding officer, the General, or another title such as Field Marshal, Head Commander, or any other title he chooses. Becase he leads all forces, he has control over Commanders, Guard captains, and usually earns himself a place in nobility. Below the head of the military are 3-4 commanders, but they are subdivided into two sections. The first section is the militia Commanders, who train the militia. Usually the militia consists of new recruits to the kingdom and also some township workers in case of an emergency defense. They teach everyone basic skills, formations etc. Everyone in the militia is either a Militia or a Warrior, and while some people are full time militia, others move onto the standing army when their skills improve drastically. The standing army commanders control the standing army, the full time army members. They also teach them advanced skills, require them to wear uniform, and fight in even more complex formations. Usually the standing army is at the front lines. The standing army includes the basic melee weapon users and archers called Soldiers, the advanced swords and mace users called Swordsman, and the honorable elite and mounted groups called Knights. All Soldiers, Swordsmen and Knights are on equal terms when it comes to ranks, but they use a different variety of weapons. All commanders have the ability to lead forces into battle, train them, and when there is a shortage of forces, take control of the Guard Captains and the guards within the kingdom. All commanders will answer to the head commanding officer, the royal family, and collaborate with the political representative sitting on the council for the military. The political representative of the military can issue orders just like a head commanding officer, providing the actual head commanding officer or royal family does not override them. The political representative of the military sits on a small council of core divisions, keeps the core of the military up to date on political happenings, and when necessary, talks to the people to adress concerns in the military and does all the red tape business.

The second core of the kingdom is the township citizen ranks of the kingdom. This area is lead by and managed by the ArchDuke of Dustari. The ArchDuke is the highest honors someone can get in the nobility without becoming royalty, but this does not necessarily make him the next Prince of heir to the throne because of the electoral process. The ArchDuke tries to manage all the lands to see that economic effeciency and stability within the towns are at optimum performance, and the political representative of the township takes care of all the political problems, adresses problems that the people have with the council and the royal family and deals with all the red tape. Below the ArchDuke are several Dukes. While some Duke titles are inherited many go by political standing, as each Duke is granted an area of land, usually with a town, to govern and control and make sure everything in that region is running smoothly and effeciently. It's also his responsibility to talk to the army to arrange adaquete protection for those lands if necessary, and submit requests. Beneath the Dukes are the working citizens of the kingdom, but they are subdivided. Some workers may be Lords, managing small businesses of mercantile trade, while others are merchants and shopkeepers. These ranks are usually considered bourgeoisie, or middle class workers. Most are assigned on ability and skills the person has. Finally, below the bourgeousie are the basic workers of the kingdom. These include bakers, blacksmiths, farmers, and other ranks that do not necessarily reflect the skills and abilities of one person, but more so their interests and occupations. Lower class workers and bourgeousie cannot order each other around, only the Duke and ArchDuke can do such a thing, but usually lower class workers may work for the bourgeousie. Finally, while it's considered an independent body, the Church, lead by a Cardinal, will also be present. The ArchDuke cannot order the Cardinal around, but request that he fulfill duties he would like to see happen. The Priests and Monks in the church are on equal ground, and carry out the orders of the Cardinal.

And The Warhare's Militia (currently unnamed) is set up like this...

There are three "classes"... Archer, Footman, Mounted Unit.

Descriptions:
Archer: The archer is the ranged unit of the Militia... skilled in sniping and volleying. Also carries a small arm incase if sent into battle. They wear armor that looks much like leather (brozne chainmail and bronze pawn helm)
Field Commander: Zurkiba

Footman: The footman is the quickest unit of the Militia. They wear NO armor (with option of a helm) and a choice of a sword or axe.
Field Commander: Axel

Mounted Unit: The mounted unit is the most elite of units... supplied with a horse (paid by the no armor status of the footmen) and a full suite of armor. Has a sword or lancer (if possible) armed at all times. Durning times of persuit... Mounted Units are the -ONLY- units to be sent in for the persuit... allowing the majority of the Militia to rest.
Field Commander: Axel

Supplies will come from the nearest city (the one in the north east corner) in which most of the militia will live (unless we are issued a fort)... The barracks will be used for training only.

Durning a time of peacetime... the militia is allowed to go home untill called... at home they are required to take places(jobs) in the citizenry core. Most will be farmers or blacksmiths (excess units will be returned to the city... that is if the city will supply some food to survive and the weapons needed to fight)

My militia will not only be trained in land warfare... but naval warfare... with the flagship being the S.S. Warhare.

There is no uniform for the Militiants (just armor requirments :/). Stratagies will be discussed between Me and Axel (and maybe a few selected) beforehand. The militia will also be used for a select few offensive missions if assigned by the king or general.


So ph33r... that's all I will reveal right now... since I know there are some peering eyes from other kingdoms

Ok, first of all Zurkiba. I don't think you will ever get your own militia, you can form a guild with your RP group, but nothing offical. I also don't think you will get lots of supplies from towns or places without paying LOTS of money for it. Conserdering that your not the most important person in Dustari. And you won't magiclly get a barracts for the "Warhare Militia" Didn't you know the offical family's are destroyed? So you won't get your own house or town or whatever, without building one. You could be a great military commander, but don't overdo it!

Actually, Aftershock assigned me and Zurkiba as Miltia commanders who would guard the northern area of Dustari of any attacks.

Because I'm seemed to be liked by the Dustarians I started off with (Guy, Aftershock, Arwen, Greid, Axel, others). Just because you dont like me doesn't mean everyone else hates me.

And you can start your own little RP Group because I hate you now puppy and most likely I will kill you... Because noone ****s with a Warhare. I'ved killed Gryffon because he's ****ed with the Warhares... hell, we've even killed Aftershock's boat because Larrien ****ed with ours.

Probally so... but atleast I would've served Dustari

You see... I work for Dustari... not the citizens of Dustari.
The citizens are undiciplined(sp?) and they need a lesson to be taught. And my lessons work on the people of Dustari.

Guy used to treat me like crap... untill I gave him my lesson... now he is like a best friend.

I would go to save a comrade's life... even if that person was an enemy, that's the guy I am. Hardly any of you have helped me before... but I have helped many of you.

There are only three people in my mind right now who helped me the most in Dustari... those people are Wryoko (Saved me countless times when I was a hostage), Aftershock (Been a good friend for like two years), and Tupper (The person who helped the Warhares start off)

And last... Dustari needs a strong leader, a fearless leader and one who does not pity the simple minded. If noone is going to be that person... then I will.

I dont act higher then anyone untill they bash me. For all I care a newbie could come in and I wouldn't go "You newbie go away"... He'd be exactly like me. I dont deserve special treatment... I was promised a very very high position in the military and I was put as a Militia leader, And I haven't *****ed about that.

Threatning your little brother... hrm... I believe he bashed me, and as I stated before... noone messes with a Warhare. You people dig your own graves and you put the blame on me.

I have my morales in line... I punish those who defy me.
If someone attacks me I kill them
If someone threatens me... I kill them
If someone does anything to harass me... I kill them.

That is how it's been since I've started the Warhare Family a year and a half ago. So people should be used to it. I've lead countless massacres on Dustari because the citizens threatened my family... which does not pass through my ears like nothing... it becomes a spiderweb in my mind and the spiderweb does not go away untill that person dies.

As Militia leader I will be isolated from Dustari... so if you dont like me... dont travel north.


And this whole thing started because of PuffyPuppy who thought he knew the world... that sounds like someone who acts more superior then others, doesn't it?

And about my Militia Post Arwen... that stuff I stated has been talked over with Aftershock. So it's not like... "Give me this **** now because I am superior to you"...

Threatning is a serious thing to me... If I say that I'm going to blow up my school, they'd arrest me.

2) PuffyPuppy, is the brother of MilkyWay0016, the Queen. If Arwen has a problem with you being militia commander, then her decision has the same authority as mine.

3) Because I've known Zurk for ages, and although there is an air of controversy surrounding him, I still feel that I owe him something for his loyal service for a long time. I gave him the Militia rank because his stubborness and aspirations would do good to train the new soldiers into the army, and with his location in the north there won't be "clashes" between other members and him. He knows how the militia will work, and he understands it all, but don't think I won't be keeping an eye on you ;)
