LOL. ACtually 0.2 faster would mean you'd have an edge... dunno, but I would say it would be worth trying to get =P

It does make a difference =/

It makes QUITE a difference when it comes to being in a long fight or a spar. When you have the advantage of being able to swing an extra time every 5 hits... that is an advantage
