Did you make it? I doubt you'll get in trouble, not from me at least. Here is mine, I tiled it before I had terrain access, and then used terrain on it after. (old tileset, shown it was made a while ago)

I can't delieve those images take only 256 colors and less 0.o..

Since they aren't a tileset, they don't need to use only 256 colors.

I think its perfectly not illegal,i don't know that type of stuff but if you made it I think Stefan would actually be proud nad happy to see players using his 3d set up.
