Ok Stefan, make this clear to us. Can only Police run, or can all of Graal run?

Lyndzey, I am not Stefan, but it would only be fair if people outside of Police can run.

Stefan is holding elections because Jack did not do a good job. He only hired his friends, and it wouldn't be fair if only his friends could run. It would be just as bad.
