you forgot the text file...you need to put your levels into the same folder then make a text file in this form
"mylevela_1.nw", "mylevelb_1.nw"
"mylevela_2.nw", "mylevelb_2.nw"
and yes, with the quotations. then save the text file in the same folder, open the levels in editor, hit M when in editor, NOT in play mode...WHAM yer gmap.

All I see is blue and black with negative numbers. Can you put the entire thing in there?

You can create gmap's all you want, but you need Stefan and Unixmad's permission to put them online.

emortylone 08-20-2002 11:08 PM

Yes I know that. I just play with it for fun.
Anyone I like working with 3d stuff, makes me feel like i have some sort of power in the 3d gaming world.
Well anyways I would like to give full credit to Black Death on Graal for showing me this.

emortylone 08-20-2002 11:36 PM

but yet i did figure it out.
All he did was tell me how to load the gmap.
I learned how to do everything else.

Its fun to make 3d levels, they look so cool, especially with pics1. use the white tile and the grass tiles they are 1337. I want to be able to make them from scratch....like get the 3d terrain edittor

emortylone 08-21-2002 05:54 AM

Heres a tip i found out myself.

Just make a new level then save it as:

start_"lettera-z"-"#".nw

then you will have a blue gmap, grab the + signs and make your own.

emortylone 08-21-2002 05:56 AM

scratch that, i just found out it loads the gmaps from online graal2k2, i was walkng around and noticed it was g2k2

TriNe_351 08-21-2002 01:14 PM

with GMAP, no you don't.

The Gmap stores all the information for the map.
