I propose to have a town in graal2001 which is some sort of "outlaw" town. no police rules apply there, except cheating ofcourse. pking would be permitted there. preferably close to main city so its not completely deserted. i believe this would solve many of the issues about pking on graal2001... allthought i feal that pking should be permitted everywhere, i have seen many people disagree. this PK town would be stated as such and players would be warned that there is no police there. 100apers would not be allowed to enter it, or have there ap set to 90 for the time being that they are there.

what does everyone think?

It might not be a bad idea to put it in the marsh area to the southwest of bomboria.

actually, thats exactly where i was thinking it should be. if not there then some sort of peninsula comming from the marsh place.

I like this idea, of course we'd have to get a decent levels designer to craft this as a very dirty, run down place.

..I'd love to help with this but I wouldn't know where to start, heheh. But I think that people would still PK out of the outlaw town, hopefully these "Police" can stop them.

because of the lack of "run down" tiles, it would be hard. i had an island started that was gonna go wehre survivor island is now.. but now it would have to go somewhere else. do u guys want me to attempt to make it? i mean, i dont SUCK at levels. tell me what should be in it plz.

It's a really good idea, a PK Haven for PK's and a place hwere people know that they will probably be PKed.

Hehe :) It did look like a piece of crap. When the levels pack use to be out a while ago my Real Life friend and I (he plays Graal) made a house that we were gonna submit. It was located in Big City. We never finished it though.
