Where's the best place to bomy dive? I know in water but what part?

Underground lake is the best place, as it is the only place with 6 shells, but it is usually occupied.

i used to have a house in the ugl, then i had soto hold it when my account died, and then he didnt pay rent, and i lost it, and i lost my other house also :(
