Alright, Think about this. You want to make some nice grapghical effect for something. You go online to test it and it looks great, only your testing buddy says it looks choppy to him. This is what happens why you do showimg =\... Now wouldn't it be great to take the smoothness of a gani and combind it w/ the power of showimg? The posibilities are like endless!
something like:

If we could do something like that, we could make graphical effect smooth and pretty for both the client and the rest of the server. :D


Another thing that would be cool is if we could do image altering script commands for non static images... so we could do ZOOMEFFECT or COLOREFFECT with things such as the body or the head.

I asked Stefan about it when I worked on 2k1 and he said it would be hard to add.

Well overall it would benifit graal in a very very good way =\
If i'm not mistaken, Gani Scripts create a clientside npc on the level to do all the commands. Perhaps when you do ganis for showimg it could create a clientside npc to play the gani?

...didn't he say a few threads ago that he found a way to do this? Yeah, the guy who was asking how to get the text to move smoothly with the player, I said ganiscript it, Stefan said he'd make showimg for ganis, or something...

Ah, well then I'll have to wait and see.

Push comes to shove, gani movies work...provided you have a limited number of changes...

ganis beat the **** out of showimg, i should know.........but i cant even understand what ur talking about XD
