Come on someone do this :(

vergil 03-19-2001 10:49 PM

copyrights though.., you couldn't me don't thinks..

Fai 03-19-2001 10:51 PM

Yeah you could. FARMING isn't copyrighted by Natsume. Just don't call it "HARVEST MOON PLAYERWORLD"

vergil 03-19-2001 10:51 PM

someone did a playerworld one time with the Zelda 3 castle and towns and stuff and it was rejected because of graphics, and, er.. concepts? I mean when you talk about castles, graal is using the zelda3 casrletiles right? it they went and started making money off of a zelda 3 playerworld with the zelda3 tiles... i dunno, i dont think they would go for that :p

Fai 03-19-2001 10:53 PM

well.................. farming would still be ph4t

Fai 03-19-2001 10:57 PM

WELL IS ANYBODY GOING TO DO IT

vergil 03-19-2001 11:42 PM

probably not :(

Fai 03-19-2001 11:59 PM

THEN I'LL DO IT :(

freddyfox 03-20-2001 12:04 AM

Darnit Fai, stop spamming.

Olorin 03-20-2001 12:05 AM

Farming is Being Done

the other day I gave Stefan the idea for farmining and we discussed how it should go and he is going to be working on it and maybe in a few weeks he will be done

Olorin 03-20-2001 12:06 AM

now that i think abou it...

I think one type of farming is reported at being over 50% complete

Fai 03-20-2001 12:25 AM

well MY farming pw is 3% done.

Psyker 03-20-2001 01:12 AM

What kinds of farming are there?

Fai 03-20-2001 06:08 AM

shut up my farming pw will rox that one.

SSmutz 03-20-2001 06:14 AM

i can make levels from harvest moon easily, it but i just can script farming.

Fai 03-20-2001 07:08 AM

I've already come up with a bajillion ideeuz and have made the entire map with town, mountain, sea, and the 2 farms. It will have guilds for like "Mailman" who would be ____ (Mailman). And would then have to work for the post office and go around delivering letters to everyone.

SSmutz 03-20-2001 07:10 AM

sounds nice, but what about PKers? will Pking be legal?

Lomgren 03-20-2001 07:19 AM

Heh...the mailmen should have a "code"... "Through lag, through crowds, through evil pkers; When levels won't load, and bugs are rampant; No matter what, the mail will always get through."
:D

Fai 03-20-2001 07:22 AM

all levels would be "noplayerkilling;" cause i am cool

Fai 03-20-2001 07:23 AM

oh yeah and i'd replace the heart meter with stamina. like you lose 2% for plowing a dirt tile.

Nai 03-20-2001 07:45 AM

the hard thing would be is. Why would you make a WHOLE PW for just farming. It will get rejected. Just make it then send it in.

FatherDante 03-20-2001 07:56 AM

I'd rather that farming would be put on 2001 so I wouldn't have to leave it. Farming would be something I'd love to do, but I'm not gonna stop playing on the 2001 server.

waar 03-20-2001 09:12 AM

anyone remember those 'farmlands' by avalon that were never put up? i wonder if that was ever finished...

FatherDante 03-20-2001 09:13 AM

I'm sure people have been doing farming before.

freddyfox 03-20-2001 09:15 AM

Speed, your actually stealing the idea from Valikorlia. So don't start yelling at everyone who's stealing your idea that you stole from somewhere else.

I believe that was a project done by a few older players in which they called the project Real World.

Not sure.
