For those at least wanting to be apart of my PW dev team, here is what I'm looking for. Please take note that this is a more detailed list of what I need exactly.
NPC Scripters Monsters/Creatures Interfaces (menus, player controls) Special Effects (please, no putexplosion) GFX Designers Monsters/Creatures (need all sorts of them) Bodies (preferably an unclothed body save for undergarments) Heads (nead just a male and female head...we'll have custom hair like 2k2 but in our own styles) Interfaces (menus, GUIs, etc.) Tiles SFX and Music Need lots of good quality sounds for different kinds of melee weapons. Also need good SFX for magic attacks. For music, preference is for the .MOD formats (.mod, .s3m, .it, .xm). Because not everyone has a good wavetable synth., midis are not recomended. MP3s are fine, but because we don't want players to have to manually download anything, please don't. I hope that answers a few questions As for levels, we may need some people for that not too much longer...but only for inside areas such as houses, castles, shops, caves, etc. |
Sounds good, but no level designers? You've lost your marbles.

no .wav's? who doesn't support wavs? thats like pre windows 3.1, you can't play graal without wavs

I was giving the specifics on music, not SFX :p using a .wav would be dumb because they tend to be enourmous if you use them for songs :( |

Here is an updated terrain tileset. Well, not a lot is updated except for the mountain tiles...redid them so they look better and added in the pathways for the snow. http://home.earthlink.net/~skittles00/dk_3dterrain.png Other than that, I think this will be the final version of the tileset unless I need to make a drastic update or something which won't be very likely ;D |
