I'm rather curious about something...

If you find, for example, a website that distributes trainers (you know, those little hacking tools that everyone hates, except the people who use them), who should you speak with in order to get the problem dealt with?

I remember the old GP force emailing the site's host about the site, and usually the site would get shut down.

You can find a ton on those topsites, but there's nothing you can really do about those type of sites. Just the sites they link to.
