Graal being shut down?
 

I was told by a staff member that it will be shut down for 2 weeks. He said he got the information from unixmand massing it.

I posted this to see if it was true or not.

I HIGHLY doubt that.

lol, you do know if this would happen Stefan and Unixmad would have to freeze everyone accounts that have payed for g2k1/g2k2 so it would not go down days, or there would be ALOT of angry people.

I was pretty sure that it wasn't going to be shut down. I was just making sure. :)

...now, if this was true, Stefan would tell us on the forums, next time think before you post (something I don't do XD)

Yes it is being shut down for 2 weeks or more. Just while Nintendo gets its staff and new GFX to work. They will be releasing the new exe, the bad thing is no more scripting, level making or anything. It will all be done by Nintendo. Stefan is lucky I read on a Nintendo site they bought Graal for around 800 thousand dollars. Cool thing is if you bought an account you get Graal: Links Journey account free for 2 years otherwise it cost 7 dollars a month... =(

Actually no, I recieved the nintendo newsletter and it says the same thing. Graal will be shut down for 2 or more weeks so that nintendo can do a renovation so to speak. There will be new engine, gfx, and more gameplay, as well as better staff.

I did not get this newsletter. I assmume it is someone playing with CGI, sending e-mails w/ a faulty return address. I would suggest you pay it no mind untill an official announcment.
