Only thing I would change is the jaw.
It's a little to masculine.

Good ol' no nose no mouth style. Just like FFT

Noses and mouths are over-rated anyways.

It looks like she's felxing her muscles sort of I would make the arms a little straighter.

Looks like she's hunching back/felxing same thing.

Looks like a maid.

Well if she is supose to be in a flexing/hunching pose then its good but if she's idle then see above above :)
