RPing in Samurai (Must Read)
 

As you know Samurai have been known for their great Battle Skills and The great RPing Skills, and now new generation has destroied both of them. We must do something to repair our good name in time of peace. Each one of you must think about what you should work on, and try to improove it. Here is what I would do:

Battle Skills
- Battle Skills can be easily improoved by practice. Find a friendly person, and ask him yo be your spar partner. Now just battle again and again, not to death, but to let's say 50 HP. However in order for yyou to improove please find a person that is better then you, if he is worse that won't be much of a chalange for you, and you'll simpley stay on your level.
- If you fail to find anyone, just try to practice your speed and acuracy, place some candys randomly on a level, Now let's say you have small amount of blue candys, your task is to manuvre around other candys and not kil them, but to destroy all blue candys with a slash.
- Another good thing is to simpley go to spar arena and practice your technique on thin air, i might seem useless, but when there is an opponent in front of you, your fingers will do what is needed to be done before you even know it.

RPing Skills
- Scince we are Samurai you don't need to learn any languuage. All you have to remember is who your character is. If he is tall noble Samurai, you should act like one, if he is Ninja spy who cowers in shadows, then let it be so! So just remember who your character is, and act out of that.
- Try not to use words like "OMG THAT IS NOT F*CKING RALE PLAIINGING! I R HACK J00 NOW!", remember that your character lives during around 11-15 centuries. Also please use full scentencies and words.
- When you address someone use their name and not "hey, the guy in gray, come here".
- If you are to say anything not related to your character say it like this "((Text Goes Here))", that way people will not count it from your char, but from you.
- Also All "toguilds" and Masses are still in character, so all the rules apply to them as well.
- Last but not least, if you are tired or RPing, take your tag off, because going around and talking OOC, when on tag is still wrong (unless you do it in (()), but that can get annoying.)

War Skills
- When in a fight do NOT heal. You can't magically heal in real life, so don't. If you are low on health think, what would your character do:
A) Stay in battle and fall
B) Run to place where it is safe
C) Run to where it is safe, and from time to time help those that need to run.
- Do NOT respwan, that is as low as it gets! Also it would be nice for you to get a new character if your died, that is also a nice way of trying new characteristics to role play. But if you don't want new character, you must role play your way back into life useing healers (Reviving), but that is to be done in temple.

If you don't mind Androk, I have a few things too...
1. DO NOT HEAL IN RP BATTLES! Vermain does not like it...and as a matter of a fact, neither do I. It's cheap, and with people healing, a battle can never be won...it'll go on forever.
2. IF YOU DIE YOU DIE! If you are dead in a battle, go get in water or something. Don't jump back up and pretend like you're still alive, or didn't die...trust me, it didn't happen back in the day, it doesn't happy today IRL, and it won't happen in our RPing events anymore...

Samurai has lost some fighting skills...
As a few Forza can defeat the army :-/

Here are my war time tips that I'll add

1) ALWAYS APPROACH AS A GROUP... I wont mention the countless times we Zormites won a battle because you came one at a time

2) Dont make Diplomatic claims if you are a Bushi... because I believe a Bushi stated the Zormites were going to attack Bomy Gang... which almost started ANOTHER war.

3) The Samurai are honorable... or atleast they were. THey lost that along time ago. You use your whole army at matters... a regular DUSTARI. I love it... Samurai hates Dustari yet they became what they hate. Dont target the leaders... you dont see my men attacking your Emperor in battle do you? We fight your army

Frankly speaking what I think should be done is every member should be lowerd to some citizen rank, and in order to gain battle rank they are to do some kind of quest or task. That would make our army less, but it won't be so that most of the time people get hurt by their own.
However nobody listens to me, I try to increase battle and RPing skills but there is that much that a "Samurai" can do. Maybe I should take Shogun rank >=) Samurai ranks will decrease but at least they will be almost pure.
