Penga is just a slang word in lithuanian, so it's not a "real" word, talking to tiki on graal is useless C_C.
He deleted the guild just because it's offensive to him, 1 player, so by deleting it he abused powers.
He didn't want to delete the guilds SD and SS although they offended many people.
