Graal/forums issue =\

Alright.. i've been stuck with AOHell for a few weeks.. and suddenly I get trouble with everything graal related =\

I can only visit the forums via AOHell.. it used to work with IE until today.. I get a 404 error :(

I can't connect to Graal2001 or Graal2002 on player or RC accounts.. but all the other servers are fine.

Anybody have a clue as to what might be going on and/or how to fix it?

Thanks.

Im not sure but I have been having troubles also. AOHell is on my computer but I use DSL and I dont use AOL my parents do but it keeps saying that the graal file is corrupted and I should check it with a virus checker, and i'm always getting access violations and stuff when playing graal. This all happens randomly though.

I gots the same probs as you, but IE works, sorta 'ok' for me.

if you added that address thing to your hosts file a little while ago you might not be able to connect. Delete the graal things out of your hosts and you might have a better chance at connecting. When graal came back up last time i couldnt connect the website, rc, or graal until i deleted it.

That happened to me too. Don't delete the hosts.SAM file. Just the non-sam file.

...

You actually feel comfortable deleting files out of your system diretory because some guy on the net said it was okay?

o.O

Well, anywho, DON'T delete the hosts file. Open it up and remove the IPs you added.

aol is the destroyer of all, i got cable but my dad preferred to keep aol, but i just go on IE becuz everytime i go on and that saitanistic yellow guy looks at me i get scared and reboot.

CheeToS2 06-30-2002 03:29 AM

I already did all the hosts stuff =P
[edit]dunno if i'm allowed to post it x.x[/edit] is the new 2k1 IP for those that need it.. the DNS doesn't resolve to anything.

I tried using a different version of AOHell and its working so far.. thanks for trying to help me :)

AOL is basically, in my mind, the absolute worst internet service by far.

Since, I haven't ever actually had the misfortune of using it, I can't give any suggestions, except get rid of it as soon as possible.

I agree with you 100%.
I HATE IT.
But, I AM STUCK WITH IT.
:D

I know how craptastic AOL is. I have to use it as well. :( Luckily, I'll have DSL soon. :)
