Help plz?

I have been trying to get my tiles to work but i cant get the addtiledef or whatever to work ive tried a hundred ways and nun work can sumone plz help me?

yea

it is .png and the only difference is the houses bricks ,flowers,water,and the bushes

use any image program and save (or export) as Png 8 bits
