I havent played graal in months and i come back and i have all people using my account i need to know how i can get my password changed and no i dont have the email i registered these accounts with about a year ago

Talk to Galen... Though I do sense that it's not your account, but the owner was the one who registered and you're trying to take it from him/her... That may just be me, though.

Just PM the accounts admin and he can change the email for you, and then you can use the password changer on graal2001.com. Also, make sure that you are able to prove it is indeed your account...

You don't need proof... I asked for the email to change on bb2k1 and I got a reply: "Changed. :)" I'm not against the fast service, but what if I were to... say... email them and say my account was Max-imus and I needed the email changed? You'd be out of an account... :(

I remember they used to ask for your old email address, but if they don't even do that anymore that's messed up...

I always ask for the e-mail address unless the person is on the account -_-

I asked even then cause if he has the pass to the acc doesn't mean he owns it ;P

I usually sent an e-mail and wait a week unless I know it's definite that it's the right person.

i got my pass changed to a word i know instead of random letters.

so much easier. :)
