Are the inspections going to be random? Because most the people that jack stuff know that they have, and so if you tell them that you will inspect them, then they will just take it off , and then put it right back on when you leave.

That is old val just because some retards with 0 skill make a server with the same name does not mean they own everything from old Val. Only way that would apply was if it was the owner bringing it back. Not some twit NAT who couldnt script his way out of a wet paper bag.
