sendpm bug

repeatedly stefan, i told you sendpm isnt working on enigma.

i tried the same script bravo has and works for them and
it
does
not
work

meaning stefan, SOMETHIGN is wrong with my npc-server.
i told you before :-\

please fix it, because its nto the first thing thats been messed up
