well usally, when it is teh summer when i am 15 i am gonna take drivers ed so when i turn 16 i get my drivers right away and can drive XD

Uh. You'll need your permit MONTHS before you can even consider getting your liscence. Even with drivers ED.

vamp, you have to wait a year between your permit and your liscense. And I doubt you'll get your permit on the day you turn 15
