NeoNPL:Account email

NeoNPL:
After lots of emails sent to the account admin and no reply in nearly over a week. I still cant access my graal Pay2Play account. The email needs to be changed so i can get my password as my computer was stuck in a loop and i had to reformat and no longer have access to the email address. It needs to be changed to [email protected]

The support center just forwards your question to [email protected], while making the accounts team answer to the GraalDesk account, I think
