About peoples using trojans
 

- Starting today I will personally trace all peoples that use Trojans to hack other peoples accounts, we have all trace of gralat transfer then it will not be hard to known who have stolen gralats.

After loging enough informations i will:

1) Delete all accounts that have been used for hacking
2) Globaly ban this peoples and trust me that you will have a hard time to come back.
3) Send all traces to police, sending Virus to peoples is a crime for a lot of american state.

that makes me happy because i know a few people who had there acounts stolen, well kinda knew them but this is good news

what if someone put a trojan in an illegal trainer?

and what if some people wanna get someone banned
first they'll give him alot of money and items, after that they will post a thread here "OHNO I WAS HACKED I THINK XXXXX DID IT, HE HACKED SOME OTHERS TOO, BAN HIM!"

How would you know about Australian laws Mr. UK.
I never signed anything to say i cannot hack anything i want, if i should go to jail of a crime, of hacking, then iwould be going to jail for the fact that im curious.

It would also be advisable to setup an automatic e-mail ban for new accounts on accounts that are specifically banned for that purpose. Many "hackers" have many accounts, and when they find one free e-mail service that is not filtered out, they use it. By deliberately blocking them as they go, they will have a much harder time. Though there are still loop-holes, this would be effective to an extent. I suggest you also upgrade the ban system with a more dynamic defense, as it is can be largely ineffective for a semi-determined player.

then dont accept a bunch of stuff that makes you suspicious or either have a staff or two present to be witnesses

Sending trojans is illegal. No matter what you have or havent signed.

Thats like saying in court, when youve been accused of murder, - "But I didnt sign anything to say I couldnt murder people if I want!".

that is your stupid fault for downloading a trainer.

If you get hacked for downloading a trainer. Thats your fault. Not only the person who made the trainer but you should be banned for being stupid enough to use a trainer knowing full well it will cost you, your account regardless. -.-

Yes, but Australia doesn't have very strict laws, unlike America. It's good, less security on things here.

I would say the same thing as he did. If you go around telling people there is a virus in the game that they paid money to play, when there isn't one, I would be cancelling your account also. ;)

I am wondering, if you computer tells you that the classic server got ileagal datta on your computer does that meen that you are IP banned? because i am getting this message and i have never hacked anything. I got the account SuperThug312 from a friend. it was not even mine before. I have payed for p2p also. I am sorta Angry i guess. And if i am IP banned i want to let you know that i and many other people who have been IP banned for nothing will sue Graal Online.

The illegal data thing is a bug in Graal's latest version, you aren't banned.

Er...o.O;; that's just complicating things, no one ever said anything about murder, so don't bring it up, no one is stupid enough to do that. Ofcrouse no one would say that, because it's a worldwide law, enforced in all countries, hacking isn't. Neither can it be stopped.

The thing about us Americans... is that if you hack us then the FBI will be all over you ass... Forgein or not.


But one thing is this... My friend quit Graal one time and he gave me all of his money and bomy (3k and Xen 1)... He also shared it with CyberX (Police on 2k1).

And what happens to the people who bought pre-made accounts? The Pre-made accounts could've been used for hacking and now those people who bought their accounts with gralat or what ever are going to be banned.

There are some innocent people who will get banned... because of the two things I stated above, I just hope that they can get their account back :o/

They've done it before O_o... only it wasn't on a large scale...
Plus they could have a reward if you turn in a hacker....

Kind of like...

500g on both Gold Servers for the return of the name and proof of a hacker who has not been banned. When the account is found, it will be traced, if found guilty... banned.

And plus they do have the logs on 2k1.
