What r the small red blocks on the mini map and what do they mean?

no there is small red blocks on the minimap

I think he means all those lines and red boxes that are spread around the mini-map.

It's sort of a navigation guide.

I guess different places.

I think they represent cities or more "civilized" establishments.

yes I believe that also. Although they were there before everything in newmain was complete so that shows there was actually planning invovled

you know, I've never really used the map all that much...

I think he meant civilized as in developed into something that can be useful to people.
