its real helpful
thanks

Maloria_RC3 06-05-2002 08:24 AM

i agree, put the test button and sintax button on nc.
just make sure to add the commands the cliend dont know

Hmm... I wonder what will happen when Maloria is taken down...

for some reason they just disable all the rc accounts, they don't delete them, there are still like 40 aramech (dino valley) rcs

well divided kingdoms went down a long time ago, but TDK_RC6 still being used, that was my rc, but i let someone use after it went down ;)

Python523 06-20-2002 11:43 AM

test would be a great addon, try pming stefan if you see him :)

Andor_RC9 06-20-2002 08:43 PM

I would love to have test, especially on those bad days where I make something long and have a double ; or something

screen_name 06-21-2002 09:06 AM

that would be pretty nice wouldn't it, but if you are like me you dont know it ;)

btw, i was just playing around ^ there, i do need a test button =D

nah

I like the fact you have to actually read your work. It makes you more proficient, and it teaches you how to debug your work yourself.

Suuuuurrre, it would be a lot easier than reading over the whole 3 pages of Gscript...but think of all the time we would save. That might make graal..more fun. It will never be added ;) lol.

Warcaptain 07-02-2002 12:32 PM

also style would be excellent for it

since most scripting is done on NC
and it gets kinda messy...

I agree.

I heard something about NPC Server Control having a rights system in the newest thing Stefan's working on. Perhaps it will have that and these two features. (test and style.)

What are the difference between regular scripting and Server scripting?

so far, I have noticed that for NPCserver, parts of weapons (mostly) and graphics/lights have to be serverside, and some other actions have to be triggered serverside.

I'm not too sure. :[
I just started.
