Here. I'm working on a little island thing, tell me what you think. And I'm still kind of new to level making, so don't flame me.

I don't really like it that much. The house might look better if you move the roof down one tile and the beaches look pretty bad. Maybe if you tried making the lighter sand go out a little bit further and have teh dark sand only on the edge of the water.
6/10 It could look really good if you keep on working on it. |
First off, I don't like how the door is just there, nothing to the side or top of it. I like to use some tile as a border around it.
And for the sand part, what Alien said. Make it go out more, and in more. Don't make the dark go directly to the edge of the grass, throw some dirt tiles in. |
I just plain hate it, there is no detail at all in the water, the beach is retarded... that path is too skinny and isn't... right... 2.5/10

ever realize that the people that spend all day critizing others, never post their own levels?

Personally I like it. I mean sure it needs some work but its not to bad. Add waves to the water but not over kill. I'd make the lighter water moev out and in more than it does rather than have it a certain tile away from the beach the whole way. I'd use less of the little rock and two blue dots in the lighter water. You use it to much in a specific pattern it looks unnatural. Personally I would move the door and stairs up one tile. Beach might look niver with some extra sand on it as well. But aside from those its good. Just needs some work so for now I'd say about a 5/10
