Non Grall Gold servers
 

I am getting very perturbed.... I waited patiently.. when all of a sudden I was ip banned for no reason from 6 non graal gold servers.... then more suddenly became ip banned... now all non graal gold servers.. I am banned from... I just want to be able to use my account to the full extent(which I paid for)...

I did nothing wrong... and as I realize I am nit the only one having this problem.. I am wondering how long is it going to take..
I e-mail, Unixmad, or I pm and get no response.. =(....


will someone please fix this

How do you know he is a hacker?
If you knew anything you would know that other people are having this problem at the same time.

Then more suddenly(OH MY! MORE SUDDENDLY!) became ip banned.(Umm weren't you already?) Now all non graal gold servers. I am banned from.(Should this be 1 sentence?). I just want to be able to use my account to the full extent..which I paid for.(You yourself paid for this? Maybe you should use that money to get a better education first if you yourself paid for this and not someone else.)

The guy is just asking for help, not a fight. Many people in the past have had this problem, and he is saying that as a paying customer attention should be given to this this problem, and he shouldn't lose the right to play graal just because people don't want to fix a common error.... The same thing happened to me back in January, and then it was the graalonline firewall blocking my ip range for no apparent reason. It was very frustrating for me to get help and attention drawn to this problem, so I can totally see where he is coming from.

Sounds more like he is caught up in someones IP ban range .......

It has happened to Moon Goddess and I and all central fla one time , it took weeks to get it all cleared up..

Now adays everyone has something to say, but nothing comes out when they move there lips, just a bunch of jibberish, you mother****ers act like ya forgot about feelings.

All i have to say to this problem is:

Patience is a virtue

It happend with the forum firewall once and all IPs in the 67.*.*.* range were banned. Unless there is any evidence to incriminate him he is innocent. I wish people would stop trying to act cool

well I was talking to his ISP today, and they cannot assign a different subnet to him so we need stefan or Unixmad or some other high-level graal admin to allow him in, I mean he paid for it he should be allowed to play the game to full extent...Am I right or Am I right???

I doubt he's lying.
IP bans don't seem to be working.

it may take awhile for them to respond, if they don't respond to your e-mail in like 1 week, try again. I'm not much help, just pointing out the obvious.
