If stefan wanted everyone to have them he would release them but he hasn't so obviously he doesn't want everyone to have the,
Also I'm guessing the levels/scripts were gotten when the full server levels and scripts were leaked.
Anyone caught selling them will be jailed.

I don't know why people would buy them. They're no use without an NPC Server, and server would be able to upload them without people noticing and complaining.

They were selling Graal2001 stuff and they got it from Lycia and she will not respond to you on AIM or any where about the stuff.

But, Nappa said i suck and he havent read that rule anywhere
