Looking for best of the best, one person.
 

For another project very closely realated to graal, I need someone who can dedicate 2-6 hours a day of quality work in three of these areas:

Graphics
Level making
Music and Sound Effects
ServerSide Scripting


I only have one opening for a developer on this project, Seriously, I won't even consider you if you're a, to put it bluntly, *****.

Make a .zip of your best workings in the past two months, not latter!, and post it here. I need a dedicated, talented person.

Once that person is hired, he will know what the project is (Obviously) and this person will not be publicly annouced.

I'll try out for Graphics :)
I'd love to help with anything closely related or related to graal.

And I have alot of ideas for things, I don't know the project cause like you said you have to be on the team to know but I could also help in Developing.

I'll find some of my graphics and post them here a little later need to go to school right now:)

2-6 hours? I get out of school at almost 3, that doesn't leave too much time to do anything. ;[

Chances are he will need scripting and music more than anything else.

I believe what my squaking friend is saying is. You must have skills in three of th four areas. So you must for example.

Be a
Good Level Maker
Graphic maker
Clientside Scripter

or perhaps
Level Maker
Graphic Maker
Music Maker.

Etc...

Thats really going to cut down on the applications. Arnt alot of people who are really good in all three catagories.

I misunderstood then :( I can only do Levels and Graphics, damn.

Not many people can do three things then take that coupled with no *****s. This leaves Birdbird with very slims pickings

Well it would be really hard to find a person of that calibur if u ask me. I'm good at graphics and lvl maken , and can script a little but to be exceptional in all 4 ( lvls , music , gfx , scripting ) blah asking for a lot there i think

Only three out of the four but its still going to be hard to find some one of that calibur.

Make it so you have to be qualified in 2 areas :)

The odds of getting what you are asking are slim to none.

I tryed using Umm... That sound program *smacks head* OMG WHY CANT I REMEMBER IT?! But anyway, it didn't work out too well 0.o;

I think this would apply to him. I mean if he cant even figure it out. Even after its been explained of all things.

I personally think Crimson would be good for that job :):) But its kinda hard to get a person thats good in all those areas :(
