Managing staff
Hello,
Since a few days i was trying to find solutions for managing staff. It's hard for Stefan and Me to known who can be trusted or not and who the community would like to see in the staff. I have found 2 solutions: 1) Each user will have a rating, this rating is based on what others think of you, to be valid this rating will need a minimum of 10 peoples to give opinion on you. (If you don't want to be rated, it's possible, just go on your options and disable rating) 2) I am programming a point system, This system will allow high staff to give point to staff that have done good work. Then the idea is to give staff positions to peoples that have a good rating and have a minimum of point allocated For example if you want to be : · FAQ you will need 3 points · Event Admin you will need 2 · … Tell me what you think of this. What about those who don't post in the forums, and yet have great potential to be staff?
|
Might have some issuses, alot of people can have a compleatly different attitude on the forums than what they would have in graal itself, or dealing with a differnt person.
But yes I like the idea, gives it a more organized feel, and is helpfull in my opinyon. I like it. |
how do you vote?

If you want to be staff you need to speak with the Graal community, then have a forum account.

The idea is not to vote on forum attitude but on Graal attitude in general, forum is just part of the general attitude.
