I payed for graal a year ago, i no longer have the e-mail i used to make the account ([email protected])
I need help with this...

also, a few months back my account's password was stolen, and the person that did this used it to make the @graal2001 e-mail
DELETE IT

I HAVE E-MAILED STEFAN ABOUT THIS, AND HE WOULD NOT HELP
I PAYED FOR THIS GAME, AND I EXPECT SOME GOD DAMNED HELP WITH THIS
EVERYTIME I TRY TO ASK STAFF FOR HELP WITH A PROBLEM LIKE THIS, THE ONLY ANSWERS I GET ARE "I dunno, lol"
of i dont get a response at all

I'd say so. Poor guy, isn't used to graal's administration.

I gotta get my pw to be sent to another e-mail address. The e-mail service that signed up with closed there e-mail services.

I also have same problem with a few of my other accounts but was told by some admin to send email to [email protected] about it... I have not tried that yet still gunna just wait and see if Stefan or Unixmad reads my forum pm aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa pweeeeeze read it!

Isn't that what the accounts admin is for? Bugging Stefan and Unix with this stuff seems inconsiderate.

What Staff are you asking? Level Makers, Player world owners, Nats? If you want help you should really be more diplomatic and ask some some one who's job it is to take care of that stuff before you fly off the handle.

Deathchill should be able to change your account's pass (he was account admin last I checked). As far as email goes I don't remember creating my email either and it won't let me log in. So feh.

Accounts admins never seem to logg on 2k1 anymore =\

You can always e-mail the accounts managers at

[email protected]

They check 200 e-mails every day.

Deathchill IS still account admin right? I thought he played 2k1 on occasion? *shrug* I'm way to behind on things.

Only people dealing with accounts right now are Kyle and Agelaos, and Agelaos isn't active a lot from what I hear.

Yeah DeathChill and Angleos get on 2k1 here and there, but not enough to meet the player demands :(

Maybe we need a new accounts admin.

No, DeathChill is on alot. He's on Classic, where we first started together. We're classic for life, you can't expect him to be on 2k1 24/7. Most new admins tend to hang around 2k1 alot now, just because that's where Stefan is most of the time, or because you don't get as many pms flying at you as you do on classic. Hanging out on 2k1 when you're a global admin makes your job easier, hanging out on classic on the other hand makes your job alot harder. I can't say now it's as hard as it use to be seeming how less people are on classic because of the p2p thing. But there are still times where I see alot of people on Classic.

Yes but if DC is on classic maybe bird should hire 1 or 2 people for 2k2 that there job is to change email etc.
Some people don't think to go to classic because 2k1 is the main server and think thatas where the admins will be.

Yea but DeathChill is a GOOD Admin, none of you 2k1 people saw him as a GP on Classic and how much work he did and how fast he moved up. And if he wants to stay there fine, I'm starting to think Alk for AM would be a good idea because he is like 2k1 only, he could take care of that server. And as for 2k2...pfffffffft

It would need to be someone who is:
a) on 2k1 a lot
b) actually works (duh)
c) reads emails
d) answers all PMs

I've needed him once and he helped me that one time and quickly too. :)

DC is awesome, same with Terazel. Classic is lucky to have them.

he is right though, graal's administration is poor.

when a problem occours, unless it harms the general flow of cash to graalonline, it isnt of any concern of theirs, and its the problem of the player.

graal needs to start worrying more about the player, and not only the game itself.

yes, if it wasnt for them thered be no game, but if it wasnt for us, there'd be no money for the game to stay up this long.

my advice to stefan&unixmad:
take care of your players, THAT INCULDES PW OWNERS!!!!
pw owners keep players coming in by making good pw's that draw players.

2k1 and 2k2 will not draw in all the players that graal has now, half players on graal hat 2k1, and more than 1\2 think 2k2's 3d stuff is desgusting.

so take care of your players, or one day you wont have any.

I emailed that address two week ago about changing my email for my accounts because I'm switching ISP's SOON. And they never replied, and never did it. Bastards.

Just do what I did.
Wait for DC to come on graal and ask him then.

PM me acc name,email it's registered too, and new email you want for it. Maybe Agelaos got it and missed it.

Oh..and I go on 2k1 so people can PM me..But I go on RC on Classic..

i did NOT go around asking nats and people like that.

i asked stefan, because everyone else i go to never replies or says something stupid

when i asked bhala(guild admin) about the guild ftp, the only answer he would give me, was DUNNO

so now i go to stefan or unixmad, you think thats inconsiderate?
well screw you, ill go to whoever i have to, if it will get this done.
and i would have e-mailed the accounts admin, but the staff page link isnt up on the main site, or at least it isnt where it was before because i didnt see it there.

Sadly, Bhala is a useless incompetent and I'm sorry you had to deal with him. But you can't just write off the whole staff on the strength of one person's idiocy.
