No Installation?

I downloaded the new graal, but when it starts to go into my comp (after the download state) it just freezes...:( sry if someone said there was a problem with this, i didnt read it. If there reallie is a problem please help me out.

Maybe this will help more, this is what the screen looks like, it just freezes like this and doesnt go anywhere, eventully, it does the illegal operation and closes.

Did that plenty of times, i restarted the comp, deleted the temp files in windows, downloaded the damn thing a least 4 times.
