When I picked these people I picked based on their applications and how I see them acting on Graal itself. If I didnt see them on Graal that simply ment they wernt on enough.
Another factor in my decisions was the timezone the people lived in.
I tried to pick people from spread out timezones so I wouldn't have tons of people on at one time but none on at another.
So if you haven't heard of some of the people I hired thats because they play at a different time from you.

If I wanted supports I would have asked for them in the application.
But I didn't want supports.
They can easily be faked by constant bugging of people (yes this has happened to me not with you but other people) asking friends etc.
