A bug I have found with the Forums...
 

Well I don't know if this affects more than just me but I really want to know.
It has come to my attention that the forums has a bug possibly. See I have a Cable Modem and my IP never changes. I try to open the forum site through my Internet Explorer and it won't open. So I go log onto AOL with my Cable Modem and my IP still doesn't change, but the Forums will open through my AOL browser.

Can someone please help me fix this so my Internet Explorer will open the Forum site. Please someone help
