Re-Upgrading Accounts

I've never done this before, but how do you re-upgrade a previously paid account?

Is there a special form that you fill out on the site? Or do you type in the previously made account name and email address into the "Creat Account" section.

Just upgrade it as if it was your first time upgrading, the 3, 6 months or a year will be added to your " days leff" on Graal.
