Does running the forumd off cookies really constitute a ban?

I know alot of people are going to not agree with my opinion.
And you are all going to say its illogical, and it may seem so, but no. I do not think it constitutes a ban for one reason. Lets say my account runs out, am I expected to log out of the forums right as my accoutn runs out, and never log back on, will I be banned if im accidently on a minute later? I believe that if you account runs out and you are still logged on then you are not evading the fact that you shouldnt be on the forums, you arent hacking or cheating or illegaly staying on, you are just staying on the forum. Now as soon as you log out, then yes if you find some way to log back on, then i believe that constitues a ban. Heres an example, i have a contract saying I am employed for a year, if my employer is taken over by another employer, unless there is some clause in my contract, the new employer must still pay me until that year is over. So with graal if my account runs out, I should be allowed to finish using the forums, rather then immediatly logging out. Now catching that on a technicality, people can just stay logged on infinitely, but whatever, let the Dashio flaming begin. By the way Im not gonna argue about this, and if I do none of it is agressive, this is just my opinion which i decided at eleven fifty four PM when my brain probably isnt working properly. I only ask that you not judge me by my opinions, because why should my opinion effect the way you view me, especially since my opinion has no drastic effect on anything within the game, and even if it is my opinion, I will still follow whatever Stefan or unixmad specifies. Also i realise that my argument is just a cheap ass lame way to defend those using cookies, so ts just a devil's advocaty kinda thought.

If Unixmad really had a problem with it, he would clear the forum cookies so everyone would have to log back in again. He doesn't see a problem with running off of cookies, so he hasn't done it.

If he wanted people to be posting after their accounts run out, he wouldn't have imposed the restrictions to begin with.
