God is my sig host username yes but I hosted an image for a different purpose It wasnt intended for graal forums. It is not my fault someone linked to a image that can be changed.

Its that simple guys. You see im not using it so obviously its not for here is it? I hosted it for a fxp board to mess with my friend flash lol. Someone else stole link.

Kadar what your saying right now is like someone taking a porn banner from your website (Hypothetical) and using it as their sig and getting you banned for having it on your website (Which has nothing to do with graal2001 forums).
If I would of gotten a forum pm of him telling me that hes linking to my host I would of showed him how to get his own acct due to the fact I change my sigs.

what was the picture of that they were linking to?

Oh im sorry I didnt realize I had to consult people before changing an acct "I" Own. Its not brookes acct or whomever this happend to. Its bs to try to blame somthing on me. When my intentions for this were non graal related. How many registered forum users are there? over 100 I bet I should of forum pmed each and said hey im changing "My Registered acct" Do you have a problem with me doing that?

That is a rule of the site he hosted the pics on, that shouldn't affect what happens to him on Graal at all.

Im not in a mess its his fault for linking to an acct that didnt belong to him if he like it he should of made his "Own" acct and not linked to an acct that didnt belong to him that has nothing to do with graal and is subject to change at any time.

Yeah, but that DOES NOT TAKE AWAY THE FACT THAT YOU BROKE FORUM RULES. Sure they should have made their own linkage, but there are BETTER WAYS TO HANDLE IT THEN REPLACING AN IMAGE WITH PORNOGROPHY.

WTF? I Broke no such rules. I did not use that as my sig on forums. Vermain its like you have a site and to get money from sponsors you link to a porn site that pays you like 35 cents for everyone that comes in thru your site. Now someone takes that banner from "Your" site not "Their" site and uses in on graal2001 forums. Now because they took an image from your site and used it on somthing that you didnt plan to use your at fault? Its not like I went into his profile and changed it he used it not me.

Is not a graal owned site and has nothing to do with graal except its a good image host. That site is not just for graal forums and I dont use it for just graal forums.

I Didnt force anyone or tell anyone to use my acct on sighost. Its not like he asked me to host somthing and I changed it.

Ok let me explain something.
When the "ban constinople" pic was first put up everyone was given the URL to put it in thier sigs. So you are telling me that it is ok for you to get everyone who used it here banned from the forum (which could have easily happened) It was a serious error on your part to change an image a lot of people used into something that could have gotten every one of those people banned. The URL for that pic was given out so EVERYONE could use it. You are clearly in the wrong to change that pic without first posting here telling everyone to change thier sigs, period, the end. The fact that you used your account to host it means absolute zero. You are still responsible for a lot of people having porn in their sigs.

i own a web site, and i can put whatever i want on it

if someone links to a picture i have as there forum sig, and i change that pic to porn, you cant yell at me, all i did was edit my website

the sig host and graal are 2 different things, you cant do anything here for something that happened there

Im not responsible for anything that you state your making false claims. This is what happend with the con banner. Craig posted it as a image I made it my sig. I didnt make a thread saying use this and give out my acct thats diff. People that used it stole it from my sig. I didnt get a single forum pm informing me or asking me to tell them if Im going to change it.

Also, the rules state a STRICT "no pornogrophy" rule. You basically just broke two rules on two seperate services. Nice.

You have no argument here vermain. You cant punish me here for breaking a www.yoursighost.com rule. If you dont like the image I hosted on "MY" ACCT! email them and get that acct removed if you like. But what I do on non graal related sites are of no relavence to you or anyone else on here that thinks they state a claim in my business and affairs.

You see, if you did that on a website, you do not expect anyone to use it in their sig AND you would get pissed at them for doing so because they're stealing your bandwidth, and that could cost you a lot of money.

However, the URL for the "ban constinople" pic was posted on the forum, for all to use, this guy knew damn well that the picture was used by a lot of people, he gave no warning at all, just changed the pic and could have gotten a ton of people banned as a result of his sheer ignorance.

Also like I said it was not meant to get people banned I Didnt know who was using "MY" acct for their sigs. So as far as I knew I was doing nothing wrong.

What I'm getting at is the fact that the image was hosted under his section of image storing in www.yoursighost.com. Doesn't that make it legally binding that the result of the image being posted was due to his own dis-responsibility in handling the image? If someone steals a car rigged with a bomb, and the person in ownership of the vehicle presses the button and the car and person goes "boom," the owner who pressed the button is still in the right posistion for criminal charges.

So you would have no responsibility for everyone who used that image gettting banned without ever touching their sigs because YOU changed the image to porn? Yeah right you *******.

Technically it was for signatures. Which is what it was used for so its more like bending the rules. Ide give you a link to my fxp board but you cant get in as a guest and they not taking new members currently.

slag had porn (on a site that is in no way related to graal)
its not his fault they all used it
