Slightly Scripting/Slightly GFX...
I have a few questions about tilesets and setting stuff...
For example: We (Gileada) are creating a new tileset with new bushes/rocks/vases/etc...Is it also possible, while setting the tileset, to set a temporary sprite for that area? It looks kinda odd when you pick up a bush and recieve a different looking bush... |
Hmmm....I believe Damasca did this once, you need to alter both the pics1.png AND the sprites.png in order to get it to work.

There's no real scripting command for changing the sprites.png, unfortunately.

i can understand how ur saying idiots will flip stupid things, it doesnt look good, but for other things it would be really cool. For a race track you make the door rotate, while moving its x, and taking the img away and you have a really cool door opening

Jagen: Its not that they will flip stupid things, its jsut that it would be like light effects, if you don't have a good video card, you wont see the flip effect and it will look bad |
stefan will make it possible just as he did light effects
|
So replaceimg oldimg, newimg will be a new command? That seems pretty cool. I see how it may be over-used, but i plan to use it occasionally if it DOES come out. Any new script worx for me! heh
