Can We Use P2p On None P2p?

WHen you have to pay $15 can we uses P2p scripts on none P2p servers!?

I believe Stefan said that playerworlds will have to earn the right to use p2p items. (Don't take my word 100% for sure, though.)

Only P2P playerworlds can use 2k1 scripts(with permission)

We will decide after the things are released, but it is true,
even without npcserver you could scripting-wise use railroads, bomys

Just NPC Server makes it that littlebit easier.
And you dont have t have the items in your Q list.
