Maybe this should be a rule?
 

I've been getting a lot of bug reports stating that after the player goes on another pw, their map gets screwed up. The cause is pretty simple - Enigma and a few other worlds are all using bigmap.txt as their map file, and it overwrites Classic's because there's only one map folder.

Perhaps PWs should be prohibited from using that? It's not hard to fix if you have access to the server options, and I could easily redo Classic to use a different filename if I wanted to - I just don't think I should have to. =_=

so, for those playerworlds that use bigmap.txt, you all have to rename it to [playerworldname]bigmap.txt.

and if you're that dense, replace [playerworldname] with the name of the playerworld that you work on.

Funny thing is, most people will ignore this post and you will have to go to player world to player world telling them this.

I dont go on many other servers, only babylon, so everytime i go on there, it screws up my map, and my warpto gets messed. so they need to fix theirs

uniquely naming your server's map/minimap should have fallen under common sense :(

Check your map parts folder, you should see doragonbeta if you've ever visited my PW :)

Ours isnt named bigmap.txt :/

Hm. Okay then.

I don't know which ones are doing it, because I don't particularly want to find out the hard way and wind up losing MY copy of bigmap.txt....
